Gardner Residents Directory is privately operated. It organizes and links to public-record access routes, record indexes, and historical directory resources relating to Gardner, Massachusetts. It does not host government records and has no connection with any government office, court, records custodian, or library.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for a lawful purpose. You may not use this service or material reached through it to:
- Stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm a person
- Find someone protected by a restraining or protective order

The original site text, visual design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Linking to a page and quoting a brief attributed excerpt is permitted. Republishing full pages or systematically copying content is not.

We can revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Using the service after the update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

We may limit or block access, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms, endangers people, or interferes with the service.

Massachusetts law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Government records cited by the service are subject to Massachusetts public-records law, including MGL c. 66 and MGL c. 4, §7(26), plus records-specific restrictions that may apply.
12. Severability
If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
